All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

1. The 3-Day Exchange Window

If you need to swap an item, the exchange process must be triggered within three (3) days from the date of delivery. Any request initiated after the 3-day limit cannot be accepted.

2. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Accompanied by all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Supported by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Valid Reasons

Exchanges are limited to:

  • Size Issues: Swapping for a different size of the same product (subject to stock).

  • Defects: Item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Wrong Item: You received an item different from what you ordered.

4. How to Trigger Your Exchange

  • Contact our support team within the 3-day window with your Order ID and a photograph of the item. Once verified, we will send you instructions to complete the product swap.

Note: Shipping costs for size adjustments are covered by the customer. We cover shipping only for defective or incorrect orders.
